APPLICATION FORM

Applications made by natural persons ("Relevant Person") whose personal data are processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law to the data controller in order to exercise their rights over their personal data can be made through the following methods. Relevant Persons can apply using one of the application methods below.

Application Method:

• 1. Email with Secure Electronic Signature: You can apply to the data controller processing your personal data by sending an e-mail with your secure electronic signature. Our e-mail address: [email protected]
• 2. Application through Notary Public: You can make your application through a notary.

Applications submitted by Relevant Persons to AtlamPos using the above application methods will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. The answer is transmitted to the Relevant Person in writing or electronically. If your request requires a certain cost, this cost will be reflected to you in line with the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
